Phil Brocato is a recognized leader in the field of behavior analysis and organizational performance, with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and organizations overcome challenges and accelerate toward high performance. As the owner of ABA Consultants, Phil leads a team that operates across 27 parishes in Louisiana, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM). His firm is widely regarded as the go-to source for behavior modification in educational settings and performance analysis in the professional world.
In addition to his work in behavior analysis, Phil serves as an appointed expert in the family court system as a child custody evaluator, providing critical insights into family dynamics and child well-being.
Phil is a graduate of Alexandria Senior High, holds a bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University, and earned a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health from Northwestern State University.
Beyond his professional achievements, Phil is deeply rooted in his family's legacy in the restaurant industry. He and his wife, Helena, own The Main Dish More, where, according to him, his primary role is doing whatever she tells him to do. Together, they are proud parents of three children who keep them busy with their passion for soccer. Their family philosophy is simple yet meaningful: wasting time together.
